I think they need to send Baby in whenever Director Klavoii is feeling nasty and disagreeable. It was a lot of fun and we get to see Galbon and Erica again and the Lorishi desert kitten, Baby. I really liked Navayai who is part of Juto’s men and a trusted pilot. What takes place is an adventure- a scary, romantic, crazy adventure that was so much fun to read.

Since Suri is from the subcontinent that Gendovi is held on, she offers to help Juto as she believes that the Earth- Khanavai alliance is a good thing. You’d think after all the years of her watching the Bride lottery she would realize the similarities and that all of the Khanavai males sniff their chosen brides a lot. Suri was upset when she meets Juto - major cultural backlash misunderstanding there- lol. Naomi says that the hate group - Make Earth Human Again- has kidnapped Gendovi so Juto starts thinking of a way to save the commander who is his boss and a good friend and was his mentor. He is also told that he and his men are ‘grounded’ for the next 50 days.įeeling that someone needs to know about this- Juto calls down to Gendovi’s wife on Earth to find out what is going on and to report.

He is told to stand down, even tho Klavoii doesn’t even read the report or lets Juto report verbally. Juto Vopala is a Captain and even tho he has found evidence that the Horde is in Earth’s Solar System, but the Commander- Gendovi, is not on station, so the other commander is in charge of the Khanavai Bride Lottery as its Director Klavoii. As she doesn’t want this, but wants some time to think and figure out her life, she talks them into allowing her to take part in the Bride lottery that takes place on Station 21 with the Khanavai aliens that protect Earth from the enemy- the Alveron Horde. Even though her family has married for love for generations, her parents decide to fall back on an arranged marriage. Surya Bali aka Suri doesn’t want an arranged marriage which is what her parents want.
